Although I had been working in emerging markets since the 1990s, I first experienced the magic of Endeavor when I met Peter Keller. Peter, of course, co-founded Endeavor more than 20 years ago. Today, Peter and I run Richmond Global Ventures, which has a mission to invest in Endeavor companies outside the United States.

I have spent countless hours with many of you discussing your dreams and startups (and soccer), often at all hours of the night, from exploring the best lomo in Buenos Aires to 2am street tacos in Mexico City (and the food poisoning the next day in the airport). 

On top of my normal day jobs, I spent weeks every year traveling the world doing my programs, sometimes traveling 200,000 miles. That kind of travel takes a toll and I cannot reach as many as I would like. As many of you know, I always wanted to make my programs more widely available. And here we are.

I created Demystifying Silicon Valley to continue my passion for teaching innovative entrepreneurship. Endeavor was a key part of that journey and I want to create some special programs for you to keep that journey going.

The site is a mix of courses and content and community engagement features. I will not repeat everything here, but check out the home page. A number of you provided specific feedback to me on what you wanted, and I hope it is all here. If not, speak up until I get it right!

Staff: For staff of Endeavor worldwide, Gold Memberships are free. Endeavor Events

In addition to all the other events as part of Demystifying Silicon Valley, we will have periodic webinars targeted to the Endeavor community if there is sufficient interest. As is true for the other special programs on the site, your input into what programs you want will be paramount.
